Job summary

Mission Staffing seeks an Investment Analyst/Associate to underwrite consumer loan investments, develop cash flow models, and analyze credit performance across structured investment opportunities.

You will model levered and unlevered returns, assess pricing and risk, and present recommendations to senior professionals while monitoring portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher from a strong finance or STEM program.
• 1–4 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, or ABS investing with emphasis on quantitative analysis and structuring.
• Strong cash flow modeling and analytical skills.
• Understanding of structured finance, including warehouse lending and ABS securitizations.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, fixed income, credit risk, and related financial concepts.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• CFA charter or progress toward completion preferred.
