Greenfield Partners is seeking a talented and driven Investment Analyst or Associate to join our investment team. In this role, you will dive deep into the world of venture capital, focusing on early-growth stage technology investments and engaging directly with innovative startups and other VC funds, playing a critical role in the investment process. Your responsibilities will include investment sourcing, conducting market research, financial analysis, due diligence, and assisting in deal execution, as well as supporting our portfolio companies. We are looking for someone who is hungry, humble, and smart with a curious and sharp analytical mind, a passion for technology and startups, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will be vital in driving our investment strategy and fostering the growth of our portfolio companies.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct sourcing and comprehensive market research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models, performing valuation analysis and assessing startup KPIs in tandem with Greenfield’s investment criteria.
• Participate in the due diligence process, including technological, financial, and operational evaluation.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of investment memos and other materials for internal investment committees.
• Monitor trends in the technology sector, providing insights and updates to the investment team.
• Prepare and update reports on portfolio company performance and related materials.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies, offering support and guidance to help them achieve their strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in venture capital, strategic consulting, investment banking, or working in a startup.
• A track record of excellence in prior experiences
• Strong proficiency in building and interpreting financial models and understanding startup KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to work hard and commit to the demands of a high-intensity, high-performance environment.
• Innate curiosity and a keen interest in technology and innovation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Proven ability to be a team player, with a strong emphasis on collaboration. The ability to work closely with other team members in a highly collaborative environment is critical.
• Fluent in English and a working level proficiency in Hebrew, both written and spoken, is essential.
