Range is building an AI-powered wealth-management platform with an investments team in the New York City office. The Investment Analyst will contribute to sourcing, due diligence, and analysis behind manager selections, funds, and co-investments, while engaging with members on investment ideas.
You will help establish the diligence process, approved-manager lists, and reporting for the new wealth-channel alternatives platform, translating market developments into actionable memos and content for
Competenze
- 5+ years in a similar role (manager research or due diligence on wealth platform, OCIO, family office, or funds).
- Knowledge of fund structures, LPAs, fees, carry waterfalls, liquidity provisions.
Mansioni
- Source and screen third-party managers and funds.
- Monitor approved funds through reports and meetings.
- Evaluate co-investment opportunities from GP partners.
- Diligence pre-IPO and secondary opportunities (SPV, share class, preferences).
- Meet with members to discuss portfolio strategy and investments.
