We are looking for an investment analyst to support our team on identifying, analyzing and pursuing investment opportunities. This role will allow you to develop an understanding in a variety of areas across private markets investments, and specially venture capital & technology. You will work and interact with different groups such as legal, compliance, operations and finance teams.

In addition to working with our partners, there will be special projects where we encourage our analyst to stretch their thinking and explore different and better ways to improve the firm’s investment capabilities. This can include but is not limited to enhance our capacity to access new opportunities, perform new market segment research, improve our investment process and other exciting game-changing projects.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in company’s investment process.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, research papers, and handling investing related initiatives. Including coordinating calls and meetings with potential investment targets, attending Demo days, accelerators activities and other networking events.
• Do active sourcing of new investment opportunities by leveraging on the Integra Network and beyond.
• Support and follow up with current portfolio of investments (Funds & Companies)
• Manage Integra investment funnel.
• Coordinate the firm’s quarterly and annual reports, including drafting key messages/materials.
• Curate and analyze data in respect to markets, trends, companies, etc.
• Represent the firm in events, forums and networking initiatives
• Support the client relationships, operations and platform teams, regarding firm’s investors matters.
• Help with the creation of a business presentations and marketing materials. (blog posts, presentations, etc.)
• Conduct strategic analysis through financial, structural, and business risk analysis, which will help you support transactions and investment committee presentations.

Requirements

• Investment, financial experience, analytic skills.
• 3+ years of work experience, ideally in finance, research, investment and/or portfolio management.
• Experience at a consultancy firm, investment bank or investment fund.
• Startup, Fintech or tech experience
• Fluent in Spanish, English. Optional Portuguese
