Job summary

Patelco Credit Union seeks an experienced investment advisor to help members achieve their financial goals with personalized guidance and a broad range of investment products. The role covers the North Peninsula branches and emphasizes service, education, and long-term relationships.

You will assess client needs, develop strategies, conduct periodic reviews, and stay current on market conditions while collaborating with branch teams and program managers in a supportive, member-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree in finance, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the financial services field.
• FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 (or 66) and Life/Health Insurance licenses are required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate client needs and goals, then develop an investment strategy.
• Analyze client financial information and determine suitable products.
• Collect client financial details and objectives for planning.
• Advise clients on advantages and disadvantages of products.
• Conduct periodic reviews of accounts and meet with clients regularly.
