We are seeking entrepreneurialInvestment Advisor Representativesto help grow our practice. This role is ideal for advisors looking to expand their client base with the support of a reputable firm that offers institutional-level portfolio management and operational infrastructure.

As an advisor with Dantes Outlook LLC, you will operate under a no-cost, revenue-sharing agreement, providing a unique opportunity to scale your business without overhead. The firm handles portfolio management, custody, and account servicing—enabling you to focus on client acquisition and relationship management. Exceptional performance may lead topartner statuswithin the firm.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a client base, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and professional referrals
• Leverage the firm’s investment process and infrastructure to deliver value to clients
• Clearly communicate the firm’s quantitative methodology and investment philosophy
• Build long-term relationships grounded in trust, performance, and transparency

Requirements

• Fully compliant with regulatory standards and a clean industry record (no past or pending violations or complaints)
• Based in New York State (preferably NYC-area)
• Strong network among potential high-net-worth clients and professionals
• Excellent relationship-building and sales capabilities
• 1–2 years of experience in the investment industry
• Working knowledge of portfolio management, macroeconomics, technical and quantitative analysis, and financial markets (equities, commodities, fixed income)

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing book of business looking to grow within an RIA structure
• Strong communication and media skills (branding, public speaking, and conference participation support available)
• Quantitative skillset with the ability to explain complex strategies in simple, client-friendly language
• Prior experience as an investment advisor
• Additional expertise in financial or estate planning, legal, or tax matters to enhance client service

Note

This is not a salaried position. Compensation is based on a competitive fee-split arrangement, with significant upside for high-performing advisors, including the potential to earnequity partnershipas the firm grows.
