Job summary

PTMA Financial Solutions is seeking an Investment Accountant II to support the Separately Managed Accounts business. You will own the accuracy of accounting data in Clearwater, coordinate with trade settlement, cash processing, pricing, and month-end close, and assist onboarding and offboarding of accounts.

You will reconcile data across Clearwater, Bloomberg, and custodians, ensure correct journal entries, and provide comprehensive reporting while collaborating with Middle Office, Settlements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–5 years in investment accounting, fund accounting, or middle office operations.
• Hands-on experience with Clearwater or equivalent platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile data across Clearwater, Bloomberg, and custody records.
• Post and correct journal entries and cash activity.
• Coordinate month-end close and pricing review.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of accounts and reconciliation workflows.
• Prepare and validate reporting for risk, pricing, and performance.
• Collaborate across Middle Office, Settlements, Sales, and Portfolio Management.
