Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal investigations of misconduct by staff, contractors, and volunteers.
• Investigate grievances, facility incidents, policy violations and felonies by inmates or staff.
• Serve as liaison to contract partners and law enforcement; share findings as needed.
• Collect and preserve evidence to prevent tampering and contamination.
• Secure evidence according to policy and local rules of evidence.
• Respond to subpoenas and provide testimony in court or hearings.
