About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investigator to join our Global Trust & Investigations Team. You will lead investigations into allegations of misconduct, violations of policies, or legal concerns, contributing to our culture of integrity and accountability across a multinational workforce.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct investigations into serious employee misconduct and policy violations.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
  • Interview witnesses, gather evidence, and analyze data.
  • Document findings and prepare reports.
  • Recommend actions based on investigations.
  • Maintain confidential case records.
  • Identify trends and collaborate on mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and laws.
  • Contribute to process improvements.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law, HR, Business, or related; Master’s or JD a plus.
  • Experience in a complex, multinational organization.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
  • 5+ years of investigative experience, preferably in corporate or legal settings.
  • Experience with workplace misconduct investigations.
  • Certifications such as CFE, PCI, or Workplace Investigations Certificate preferred.
  • Strong interviewing, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and compliance standards.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
