Job description

Our service-focused, results-driven team routinely reviews medical evidence, investigates accident scenes, works with outside experts, and negotiates with insurance companies to help our clients obtain the compensation they deserve.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Investigator to assist with personal injury cases. This person can help maximize cases from start to finish by jump-starting crash investigations, assessing body cam footage, pursuing witness statements, and thoroughly examining case details.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sign up potential new clients and proactively approach intakes.
  2. Enter detailed notes and keep cases updated in Litify.
  3. Draft correspondence to the Attorney General when they choose to withhold videos or other evidence.
  4. Survey the scene of the wreck, examining physical evidence such as skid marks, debris fields, and impact points to determine what happened.
  5. Locate and interview witnesses to gather information about the incident and case details.
  6. Follow up on reports and claims with accuracy and detail.
  7. Review records such as medical reports, scene videos, autopsy reports, test results, insurance claims, and vehicle registration documents to determine liability.
  8. Interview victims to understand their injuries and how these injuries impact their lives.
  9. Research causes of wrecks and prevention methods, including studying engineering and design flaws.
  10. Prepare detailed reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations for future prevention.
  11. Investigate traffic wrecks and coordinate assistance from wreckers, ambulances, fire personnel, and law enforcement.
  12. Locate, photograph, and video cars involved in wrecks.
