Responsibilities

• Develop policies and procedures for investigative work and case outcomes.
• Approve case dispositions before review by senior leaders.
• Ensure investigations follow Quality Standards and use performance metrics.
• Develop and implement outreach to stakeholders about the Whistleblower Act.
• Participate in senior management and strategic planning.
• Represent the office with Legislature and state/federal agencies.
