• Knowledge of victim's rights and statutes.
• Ability to update technical/legal manual and/or suppliers catalogues.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally & in writing.
• Organize, summarize and assemble requested information.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
• Generate/review case summary reports.
• Communicate with victims/suspects/other agencies in detective's absence.
• Retrieve and disseminate information for agency personnel.
