This position is located within the Division of Regulation, West Palm Beach Regional Office. This position is responsible for investigating alleged violations of Florida Statutes and Board rules governing a variety of professions regulated by the department in the counties of Palm Beach, Okeechobee, Martin, St. Lucie, and India River.
The selected incumbent should possess the following:
Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of Construction, Cosmetology, Barber, Community Association Management, and Veterinary Medicine Industry.
The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation requires all job applicants, interns, volunteers and contractors to pass a Level 2 background check as per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes which consists of fingerprinting and a check of local, state, and national law enforcement records.
