We’re hiring a Human Resources & Operations Specialist to join our North American team, helping to deliver the strategy that supports our consultants’ growth, belonging, and success across the region.

As part of a high-growth company, with accelerated opportunities you will be responsible for:

Career Development

  • Managing the end-to-end career development process for Inverto NAMR, ensuring efficient and effective processes as well as valuable communication to all involved
  • Coordinate Career Development Meeting (CDM) processes in collaboration with the EMESA region and align with local year-end timelines
  • Prepare and manage all CDM inputs/outputs and work closely with Career Advisors to maintain quality and consistency
  • Spot patterns across cohorts, identifying development themes to inform strategic improvements
  • Facilitate communication with consulting teams through onboarding, trainings, and cohort meetings
  • Partner with Talent Managers and Business Management Leaders (BML) on initiatives that enhance the consultant experience

Learning & Development

  • Ensure our people receive the right training at the right time—partnering with global and regional teams where needed
  • Plan and implement local training programs; manage relationships with external learning providers
  • Track development needs across teams and coordinate coaching, mentoring, and procurement-specific learning (e.g., Mission Week)

Diversity & Inclusion

  • Champion a workplace where everyone belongs, supporting our DEI initiatives with structure and care
  • Coordinate D&I communications, support affinity networks, and lead programming logistics
  • Pilot new engagement activities to connect communities across cohorts and levels

Mobility

  • Support cross-office transfers and ambassador programs, creating a smooth and positive mobility experience for all participants

Teaming

  • Work with Talent Managers and Inverto’s teaming leads to understand case team dynamics and flag opportunities for targeted support
  • Help shape team culture through strategic initiatives and project-level interventions

Operations & Special Projects

  • Partner closely with the Business Management Leader on day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals
  • Support cross-functional projects that enhance the employee experience and fuel business growth


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of administrative support or human resources experience, preferably at a professional services firm
  • Highly organized, attentive to detail
  • Comfortable with fragmented responsibilities and multitasking
  • Resourceful nature and ability to synthesize information
  • Proactively seeks solutions with a client-focused approach, demonstrating the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a “can do” attitude
  • Proficient computer skills: MS Office with a strong preference for substantial Excel and PowerPoint experience; comfortable with modern office applications such as Slack, Trello

At BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that in-person work is essential to our culture, mentorship, and professional development. That's why we operate on a hybrid model, with the expectation that team members will be in the office 3 to 5 days per week. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for remote or virtual work.

Compensation Information:

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

The base salary range for this role is $73,000-$89,000 (USD).

This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
