Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Inventory Management
• Must be able to use inventory management software such as Maximo and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Issue material with proper authorization and process related records.
• Check received material for quantity and condition; initiate receipt records.
• Report irregularities and abnormal conditions.
• Identify, sort and record material returns; place usable stock.
• Operate terminals and printers for a materials management system.
• Prepare and pack material for shipment or storage; include shipping papers; handle hazardous materials as required.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, etc.).
• Assist in maintaining storage efficiency and inventory levels; perform cycle counts; adjust discrepancies.
• Assist employees of equal or higher classification.
• Perform duties per safety rules and company procedures.
