Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Stores Attendant for a 12-month W2 contract in Los Fresnos, TX. This onsite role requires basic inventory control, material handling, and proficiency with Excel/Word.

Willingness to learn new programs and adapt to a fast-paced environment is essential. Under supervision, you will handle material receipt, storage, and shipping prep, operate necessary equipment, and support the inventory process.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and material handling.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; able to use inventory management software (Maximo).
• Willingness to learn additional software as required.

Responsibilities

• Issue material with proper authorization and process records.
• Inspect received material, check quantity and condition.
• Record material locations and stock status; assist in packing and shipment prep.
• Operate material handling equipment and forklifts as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and discrepancy resolutions.
• Support safety rules and company procedures in all tasks.
