Qualifications

• 2–4 years in warehouse, inventory or operations preferred.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with computers, inventory systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations, inventory management and material coordination.
• Receive, stock, organize, track and distribute materials and tools.
• Coordinate with supervisors, vendors, field personnel and teams on inventory needs.
• Assist with resolving inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist training and support for junior warehouse personnel.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and equipment readiness.
• Contribute as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service.
