Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Dayton, MN site. You will monitor, stock, and transport supplies, ensuring on-time deliveries and accurate inventory levels in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining storeroom inventory, resolving discrepancies, and engaging with clinicians, administrators, and vendors while following safety regulations and PPE guidelines. The role requires physical ability to lift 25+ pounds and uphold HSE policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory operations preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift objects weighing more than 25 pounds regularly.
• Commitment to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, order, stock, and transport supplies and/or equipment for the organization.
• Ensure timely delivery of stock/inventory as needed.
• Maintain storeroom inventory levels and timely removal of expired products.
• Investigate and troubleshoot inventory issues/problems.
• Maintain accurate tracking records for inventory.
• Ensure stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines.
• Engage customers on a regular basis to ensure outstanding service with clinicians, administrators, colleagues and vendors.
• Must adhere to safety regulations, including the correct usage of PPE.
• This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
