Qualifications

• 2-3 years of warehouse or logistics operation experience.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and handheld scanning devices.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand long periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management and processing: receive, bin, and ship orders with accuracy.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts with safety checks.
• Maintain organized storage, stage shipments, and ensure correct product placement.
• Process inventory using warehouse management software and shipping tools.
• Collaborate with store staff and sales managers following OSHA guidelines.
• Perform quality control, picking, packing, and documentation; address discrepancies.
• Meet productivity targets, maintain attendance and punctuality.
