Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Manager in the United States (Maryland) to lead inventory, purchasing, receiving, and warehouse operations for the Market Center. You will coach a team, manage metrics, and ensure safe, efficient product distribution.

The role emphasizes FIFO compliance, accurate inventory, and collaboration with finance and vendors to meet client needs. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3–5 years in warehouse ops are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or related operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn recent technologies.
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives by managing key metrics and developing improvement plans.
• Procure products by setting purchasing schedules and creating POs.
• Maintain accurate par levels and product master data in the warehouse system.
• Ensure FIFO rotation and temperature requirements for food safety.
• Monitor inventory levels and resolve overages/shortages with Finance.
• Analyze trends to optimize inventory and client fill rates.
• Communicate with managers and vendors to ensure timely product delivery.
• Lead the warehouse workforce and ensure safe work practices.
• Participate in hiring and coach performance of team members.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and route fulfillment.
