Job summary

Diverzify+ is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage inventory and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment at our Norcross, GA location. The role involves checking in materials, pulling items for orders, and maintaining up-to-date records while adhering to safety guidelines.

You will also coordinate with purchasing and accounts payable, conduct cycle counts, and ensure the warehouse remains organized and secure. Prior experience with forklifts and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and organize materials that come into the warehouse.
• Mark the locations of the materials on the bills of lading.
• Issue materials to installers for jobs and help load.
• Keep track of material balances left in the warehouse for a job.
• Coordinate material authorizations with the purchasing agent and accounts payable.
• Conduct periodic inventories/cycle counts.
• Secure warehouse building and clean warehouse office.
• Organize the warehouse and put away materials.
• Maintain a neat and uncluttered warehouse.
• Order supplies as needed.
• Maintain company grounds and warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift).

Job Summary

At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for tracking warehouse inventory and ensuring products are shipped out properly. On a daily basis, you will review the orders that need to be filled, pull products from the shelves, prepare orders for distribution, and check to make sure the orders are completed accurately and on time. You also will ensure that inventory records are up-to-date and follow all safety guidelines and procedures throughout the warehouse.
