Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our McAllen, TX site. You will monitor, stock, and transport supplies, maintain accurate inventory records, and interact professionally with clinicians, administrators, and vendors on a daily basis.

Safety is a priority, with PPE protocols and a 400 lb harness requirement; strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to lift 25+ lbs are needed for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing and inventory operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Commitment to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Ability to lift objects weighing more than 25 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, order, stock, and transport supplies and/or equipment for the organization.
• Ensure timely delivery of stock/inventory as needed.
• Maintain storeroom inventory levels and timely removal of expired products.
• Investigate and troubleshoot inventory issues/problems.
• Maintain accurate tracking records for inventory.
• Ensure stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines.
• Engage customers on a regular basis to ensure outstanding service with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including PPE usage (safety harness up to 400 lbs).
