Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Inventory/Warehouse Associate to receive, store, and issue materials in a busy warehouse and yard setting. You will operate a forklift, manage inventories, and maintain organized storage areas while following safety procedures.

The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, working with chemicals and equipment, and collaborating with a team in a service-driven environment. Competitive pay is provided, with full-time hours on a day shift.

Qualifications

• Develops and maintains indoor and outdoor storage areas.
• Uses computerized inventory control system to record all materials movement transactions.
• Position works within a warehouse and yard environment and involves working with chemicals, equipment, and material that requires special handling, storage, and packaging due to exposure to potential environmental and safety hazards.
• Uses hand and power tools, and powered equipment.
• Works in a team-oriented and customer-service-focused environment.

Pay: $22.73/hour

Schedule: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday thru Friday. ASAP through 4/20/2027

Duties:

• With limited supervision, receives, stores, retrieves, and issues electrical utility materials, tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Develops and maintains indoor and outdoor storage areas.
• Uses computerized inventory control system to record all materials movement transactions.

Abilities

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds - this job is very physically demanding!
• Must be able stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 5% or less of the workday
• Must be able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
