Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Analyst or Principal Inventory & Warehouse Analyst to join our Operations Team located in Curtis Bay, MD. (BWI)
You will have progressive Inventory and Kitting experience with advanced knowledge of packaging and special handling requirements. You are self-motivated with strong organizational, analytical, presentation, problem resolution, and process improvement skills; and comfortable communicating with internal and external customers, as well as working in cross-functional teams.
What You'll get to Do:
Resolve inventory discrepancies in the warehouse
Support SMT kits and material pulls
Investigate red light parts on kits and work with cross-functional teams at Curtis Bay and BWI to resolve inventory/kitting discrepancies
Help Desk support for Production Control and other duties as assigned
Provide status of resolved inventory issues and discrepant material when requested
Basic Qualification: Inventory & Warehouse Analyst
Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; or a Master’s degree and experience in a manufacturing environment, 6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment may be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience working in inventory management
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) U.S. Secret Level Security clearance
Basic Qualifications: Principal Inventory & Warehouse Analyst
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, 9 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment may be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience working in inventory management
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) U.S. Secret Level Security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or other closely related field
MRP/ERP business system experience (SAP preferred)
Experience in MRP and Production Control
Experience operating a Forklift or Scissor lift

Salary Range: $68,800 - $103,200
Salary Range 2: $84,600 - $127,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
