Job summary

Staffing Synergies Inc. is seeking an Inventory & Vending Specialist to manage and refill PPE vending machines at local distribution facilities with a flexible 25-hour schedule.

You will work autonomously, stocking units, planning routes 3–7 visits per week, and performing quick fixes to keep equipment running. This part-time role offers growth potential into a full-time position as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in vending, retail merchandising, inventory, or route delivery.
• Tech-savvy with client tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Stock and refill PPE vending units on-site.

• Quick Fixes: Perform basic maintenance, swap machine coils for different product sizes, and keep units running smoothly.
• Stay Connected: Log your inventory updates in real-time on the client's system and report any major technical glitches.
