Job summary

Vista Vending is seeking a Route Driver to manage a daily route, stock vending machines and micro markets, and ensure customers find what they need. You will drive a company vehicle, log inventory via a mobile app, and maintain accurate cash handling records.

You will work independently on a steady schedule with early starts and early finishes, and you will be home every day. Training will cover machines, products, and processes, and benefits are included as part of a growing regional team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Be at least 21 years old for company vehicle insurance.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for daily routes.
• Attention to detail in cash handling, stock rotation, and records.
• Ability to work independently on a self-managed route.
• Ability to lift/move products and stay on your feet all day.
• Basic smartphone/app skills; training provided for our system.
• No prior vending experience required; we teach the machines and processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company route truck to customer locations on an established daily route — you're home every night.
• Stock and merchandise vending machines: fill product, rotate stock, keep machines clean and ready.
• Collect cash and refill coin mechanisms, maintain accurate counts.
• Use a mobile app to log inventory, fill levels, spoilage, and service notes at stops.
• Spot and report machine issues so repairs are expedited.
• Wrap up at the warehouse: turn in cash, restock returns, and prepare for the next day.

As a Route Driver, you're the face of our company — driving your own daily route, keeping vending machines and micro markets stocked, and making sure customers always find what they're looking for. No two stops are the same, and at the end of the day, you can see exactly what you accomplished.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
