Job summary

You will work in a fast-paced donation environment, lift up to 50 lbs, maintain a clean work area, and coordinate with supervisors and sorters to meet production goals while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions from supervisors and meet production goals.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced donation sorting environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and repetitive movement.

Responsibilities

• Unloading: tally donations with a supervisor and initiate unloading.
• Processing: move saleable items to the correct sorter or bin.
• Workstation: keep area clean and organized; assist with cart replacement.
• Safety: follow Arc safety policy and report hazards.
• Other duties: support team as needed and adapt to schedule changes.
