Job summary

PICS Inventory is seeking motivated, accurate team members to count inventory for major retailers in the Cincinnati area. Some travel is required, with carpool provided for inventories beyond 30 miles from the meet site.

We value reliability, professionalism, and strong customer-service orientation. On-site roles start with pay at competitive rates, with 3-week advance scheduling and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory experience with the ability to manage small and mid-sized inventories as determined by District Management.
• Be a Team player – work well within a team concept.
• Be courteous to the store’s customers and store managers when asked questions.
• Be professional in presentation and demeanor at all times.
• Continual training and development of team members to increase productivity while ensuring accuracy.
• Develop customer satisfaction in all inventories.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Available to begin work early morning hours, 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. (with centralized meet sites at earlier times). Occasional weekend and evening work available.
• Must have reliable transportation to inventory sites. (public or private)
• Must have a reliable means of communication.

Responsibilities

• Counting inventory for major retailers throughout the area.
• Enter data into a handheld collection device with a 10-key data entry and a handheld scanner.
• Occasional travel, with carpool provided for inventories over 30 miles outside of the territory.
• On-site work until job completion with 4–8 hours average per shift.
