Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking an Inventory Control professional in Fort Worth, TX to monitor cycle-counting activities and ensure accurate counts across the warehouse.

The role supports data integrity in KWCS and drives operational efficiency through clerical tasks. The ideal candidate has at least one year of inventory control experience, familiarity with FDA/USDA guidelines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Inventory Control experience.
• Minimum one year of leadership experience preferred.
• Food service industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA and USDA guidelines.
• Microsoft Office experience a must, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Data entry (10-key by touch) skills required.
• Knowledge of warehouse RF system and using an RF scanner.
• Ability to learn and use relevant internal applications.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Professional phone-etiquette skills.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and delegate Cycle-Counters daily activity.
• Ensure counts are being performed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate data in KWCS and provide clerical support to drive operational efficiency.
• Check inventory dates to ensure product quality is maintained.
• Apply appropriate codes for out-of-date and/or damaged products.
• Maintain accurate data in inventory management system
• Enter correct product data into KWCS system based on physical inventory counts.
• Make appropriate adjustments to ensure system data matches physical counts.
