Job summary

Ben E. Keith is seeking an Inventory Control Team Lead - Cycle Counter in Fort Worth, TX to oversee daily cycle-count activities and ensure accurate stock data.

This hands-on role leads counters, reviews discrepancies, and drives accuracy across the KWCS system. The ideal candidate has at least one year in inventory control with leadership experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with RF scanning.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Inventory Control experience.
• Minimum one year of leadership experience preferred.
• Food service industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA and USDA guidelines.
• Microsoft Office experience required (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Data entry skills including 10-key by touch.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and delegate Cycle-Counters daily activity.
• Ensure counts are accurate and timely.
• Maintain data in KWCS and support operations.
• Check inventory dates to ensure product quality.
• Code out-of-date or damaged products.
• Enter data into KWCS and adjust records to match counts.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize processes.
