Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Inventory Lead to support daily warehouse operations in collaboration with the Supervisor, guiding and directing a team of warehouse associates. You will monitor work, assign tasks, and track transactions to ensure accurate distribution and efficient pick/pack activity.

You will help enforce safety policies, adjust schedules to meet deadlines, and contribute to cycle-count programs while maintaining compliance and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds overhead.
• Reach heights up to 40 feet with lift equipment.
• Climb and stack cartons to 15 feet.
• Push/pull pallets up to 1500 pounds.
• May work with hazardous materials.
• Manufacturing environment/warehouse setting.
• Stand, bend, stoop, lift and walk majority of shift.
• Travel: Not required.

Job Description

The Inventory Leads atArvatoassistthe Supervisor in the daily operations of the Department. In this role, you will be able todemonstrateyour leadership abilities by overseeingoperations in partnership with yoursupervisor,monitorand assign daily work to warehouse associates, track transactions created by personnel, and oversee the pick/pack operation.

Your Tasks

• The Inventory Lead performanceobjectivesthroughtimelyand effective distribution resource management and response to variable priorities,volumeand business conditions
• Develops andmaintainsoperations planning and controls to enhance and improve finished goods distribution along with the handling, warehousing, and disbursement of raw materials
• Interprets company policies to employees and enforces safety regulations
• Establishes or adjusts work schedules to meet shipment deadlines
• Initiates or suggests plans to motivate employees
• Establishes or adjusts cycle counts program to ensure compliance with annual requirements

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP
• Must be able tolift upto 60 pounds overhead
• May have to reach heights up to 40 feet using a lift truck, order picker, or Turret truck
• Must be able to climb and stack cartons at a height of 15 feet
• Must be able to push and pull pallet jacks with weight ranges up to 1500 pounds
• May work with hazardous materials
• Requires ability to stand/reach/stoop/bend
• Manufacturing Environment/ Warehouse Setting
• Stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk majority of your shift
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlledenvironment
• Travel: Not required
