Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL service provider in supply chain management and e-commerce, with 20,000 team members across 100+ locations. The Inventory Lead will support the Supervisor, oversee daily warehouse operations, and drive efficient pick/pack processes while upholding safety standards.

You'll demonstrate leadership by coordinating with the supervisor, allocating tasks, monitoring transactions, and optimizing distribution planning.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds overhead.
• Able to reach heights up to 40 feet using a lift truck or turret truck.
• Must be able to climb and stack cartons at a height of 15 feet.
• Able to push and pull pallet jacks up to 1500 pounds.
• May work with hazardous materials.
• Stand, bend, stoop, lift and walk for the majority of the shift.
• Non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and assign work to warehouse staff.
• Monitor transactions and supervise pick/pack operations.
• Develop planning controls to improve finished goods distribution and handling.
• Enforce safety regulations and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

Job Description

The Inventory Leads atArvatoassistthe Supervisor in the daily operations of the Department. In this role, you will be able todemonstrateyour leadership abilities by overseeingoperations in partnership with yoursupervisor,monitorand assign daily work to warehouse associates, track transactions created by personnel, and oversee the pick/pack operation.

Your Tasks

• The Inventory Lead performanceobjectivesthroughtimelyand effective distribution resource management and response to variable priorities,volumeand business conditions
• Develops andmaintainsoperations planning and controls to enhance and improve finished goods distribution along with the handling, warehousing, and disbursement of raw materials
• Interprets company policies to employees and enforces safety regulations
• Establishes or adjusts work schedules to meet shipment deadlines
• Initiates or suggests plans to motivate employees
• Establishes or adjusts cycle counts program to ensure compliance with annual requirements

Qualifications
