Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking an Inventory Support Specialist in New York to assist with daily order fulfillment, keep the fulfillment area organized, and support the inventory management team.

You will pack orders from the in-store kiosk, prepare pickup and delivery orders, and handle customer inquiries by phone, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, efficient fulfillment space to enable smooth operations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist daily fulfillment of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness in the fulfillment area.
• Support the inventory management team.
• Pack orders that come through the in-store kiosk system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with product labeling and packaging regulations.
• Prepare and pack customer pickup and delivery orders, ensuring all products are accounted for and ready on time.
• Verify customer information and product details for each order to ensure compliance with New York cannabis regulations.
• Answer customer phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries about product availability, order statuses, and store policies.
• Assist customers with questions related to their pickup or delivery orders, providing accurate and timely information.
• Assist the Inventory Manager with daily audits, ensuring accurate counts of products in stock.
• Record and report any discrepancies or issues to the Inventory Manager.
• Help maintain the organization of products in the fulfillment room to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Ensure the fulfillment room is clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards.
• Keep packing stations stocked with necessary materials (e.g., bags, labels, packing tape).
• Assist the Inventory Manager with any additional tasks, such as organizing stock, preparing products for inventory checks, or completing special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

The Inventory Support Specialist will play a key role in assisting with the daily fulfillment of orders, maintaining cleanliness in the fulfillment area, and supporting the inventory management team. This role involves packing orders from our in-store kiosk, preparing pickup and delivery orders, answering customer inquiries via phone, and assisting with inventory audits. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a team player who can ensure a smooth flow of operations in the fulfillment room.

Order Fulfillment:

Pack orders that come through the in-store kiosk system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with product labeling and packaging regulations.

Prepare and pack customer pickup and delivery orders, ensuring all products are accounted for and ready on time.

Verify customer information and product details for each order to ensure compliance with New York cannabis regulations.

Customer Service:

Answer customer phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries about product availability, order statuses, and store policies.

Daily Audits & Inventory Support:
