Job summary

Cannabis on York is looking for a Fulfillment Associate to manage online and in-store orders at our Upper East Side location. You will handle inventory, packaging, labeling, and delivery coordination while complying with NY cannabis regulations and company SOPs.

Ideal candidates are highly organized with experience in POS inventory systems (Dutchie preferred) and familiarity with Metrc, ready to support the Inventory Manager and maintain a clean, compliant fulfillment area.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS inventory management systems (Dutchie preferred).
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment, packaging and delivery logistics.
• Meticulous attention to detail for accurate order processing and auditing.
• Familiarity with NY cannabis regulations regarding packaging, labeling, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill online and in-store orders accurately and efficiently.
• Audit and verify inventory counts to ensure proper stock levels and avoid discrepancies.
• Package and label products in compliance with NY cannabis regulations and company SOPs.
• Operate Dutchie POS and Metrc to track product flow.
• Work with the team to ensure accurate order dispatch and delivery coordination.
• Assist Inventory Manager in maintaining compliance with State regulations at all times.
• Follow Cannabis on York SOPs, training, and safety manuals to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment area to optimize workflow.

About You

• Minimum 21+ years of age
• Legally authorized to work in Cannabis in New York
• Prior inventory management experience is an asset
