Job summary

Better Being Co. in Ogden, Utah, seeks an Inventory Clerk to plan and perform inventory control reporting and ensure accuracy across the warehouse.

• One to two years related experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and database software.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to operate a forklift and/or order picker.

Job Qualifications

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Ability to operate a forklift and/or order picker.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include near acuity, far acuity, depth perception, accommodation, color vision, and field of vision. Good hand/eye coordination is required.

May be exposed to considerable noise from machinery.

May be required to pass a pre-employment lift test and physical.
