Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Supply Planner in New Jersey. This hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) offers a 12+ month assignment with potential extension. Work schedule is Monday–Friday on first shift.

The role acts as a strategic liaison between Internal Pharmaceutical Innovative Medicine customers and external manufacturing sites, overseeing global planning and material management to ensure timely deliveries and inventory targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience with SAP and Excel is required.
• Pharmaceutical industry or GMP regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Global planning and material management of externally manufactured or packaged products.
• Improve and control planning and material processes to align with strategic objectives.
• Ensure timely deliveries and target inventory levels to maintain supply continuity.

Description

The Supply Planner is a strategic liaison between the Internal Pharmaceutical Innovative Medicine customers and the external manufacturing sites. This position is responsible for the global planning and material management of externally manufactured and or packaged products. This position defines, measures, analyzes and implements improvements and controls planning and material processes to ensure base business, launches, long term, and individual's goals are aligned with Pharmaceutical Innovative Medicine strategic objectives. The success of this role is measured by timely deliveries of orders, which meet target inventory levels and maintain continuity of supply to our customers.
