Our client is a beauty shower product company in the US. They are looking for a talented Inventory & Supply Chain Manager who precise, proactive operator to manage the supply chain and inventory from end to end. You’ll report directly to the Head of Ops and ensure never go out of stock, never over-order, and never miss a beat on fulfilment.

This role is critical. You’ll own the systems, communication, and decision-making that keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Tasks

  • Track inventory across all SKUs, channels, and warehouses—accurately and in real time
  • Forecast demand using sales data, marketing input, and subscription trends
  • Flag risks early. If something is going to run out, we hear it from you first
  • Own purchase orders, timelines, and supplier communication
  • Coordinate with factories in China and manage production follow-through
  • Handle freight forwarding, customs, and 3PL delivery to ensure zero delays
  • Maintain and optimize our SKU library, BOMs, and product documentation
  • Align with CX and Growth to make sure inventory supports upcoming campaigns

• 2–4 years of experience in eCom, DTC, or CPG supply chain/inventory management

• Direct experience working with manufacturers and suppliers in China

• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and sharp quantitative instincts

• Clear understanding of demand planning, PO systems, and 3PL logistics

• Highly organized, reliable, and forward-thinking

Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Inventory Planner, NetSuite, ShipHero, or similar

What Success Looks Like

• Never go out of stock

• Freight is on time, vendors are on schedule, and ops are clean

• Inventory risk is flagged and acted on weeks in advance

• Everyone knows where inventory stands at all times—and they hear it from you
