Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Analyst at our Norfolk, Nebraska location. You will manage inventory accuracy, aging, and movement, coordinating with production, QA, receiving, and shipping to ensure proper stock levels and timely invoicing adjustments.

Responsibilities include reconciling receipts, investigating discrepancies, and creating stock transport orders while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Weekend/overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience with warehousing preferred.
• Proficient with computer applications and data entry.
• Must be detail oriented and accurate.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product control and monitor inventory aging.
• Coordinate movement of aged inventory and reconcile receipts with records.
• Verify quantities issued to production orders.
• Collaborate with cycle counters to investigate discrepancies and root causes.
• Create and monitor stock transport orders to transfer inventory between facilities.
• Ensure safe and sanitary operations and compliance with GMP and food safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and work weekends/holidays as needed.
