A nonprofit organization in Nolensville is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant to manage inventory, including ordering and tracking supplies. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a high school diploma or GED, and computer skills particularly in Excel. This position involves receiving deliveries and maintaining supplies in compliance with the program's needs, offering competitive pay and several benefits.

Formación

• Must have a valid TN driver's license.
• Knowledge of basic inventory control preferred.
• Ability to withstand prolonged standing and walking.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inventory including ordering, tracking, and storing items.
• Receive deliveries and assist in deliveries of meals.
• Maintain par level inventory in group homes.
• Make purchases at supply vendors on budget.
• Attend required trainings/meetings and keep certifications current.

Good oral, written and interpersonal skills

Computer skills including Excel

Trustworthy and responsible
