Job summary

Bystronic seeks an Inventory Supervisor for the Hoffman Estates operation to own inventory accuracy, SAP transactions, and spare-parts fulfillment. You will lead a team, implement 5S and cycle counting, and drive cross-functional improvements to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with corporate standards.

The role requires 3+ years of inventory/warehouse experience, proficiency in SAP, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Three+ years in inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing with SAP experience.
• Strong knowledge of cycle counting, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Own site inventory accuracy and SAP transaction processing.
• Lead cycle counts, variances, and annual physical inventories; support audits.
• Maintain 5S, proper labeling, storage, and traceability of materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve shortages and improve flows.
• Oversee spare-parts distribution and ensure on-time fulfillment.
