Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Experience in technical/industrial environments.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and Excel.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and teams to align inventory with needs.
• Communicate with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Serve as primary contact for inventory inquiries.
• Use RF unit to scan incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate batch and receipt records.
• Rotate stock and track inventory.
• Upload received shipment forms into ERP.
• Supervise unit, assign work, and review staff.
• Train inventory staff on procedures.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure availability for operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Receive deliveries and track to departments.
