Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates or technical degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of material handling, warehouse, or inventory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift and box truck certification required.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting activities.
• Ensure accurate receipt, labeling, put-away, and system transactions for inbound materials.
• Coordinate line-side replenishment and finished goods staging using forklifts and other approved equipment.
• Lead inventory team members, material handlers, and forklift operators on assigned shifts.
• Ensure associates are trained and certified before operating forklifts or powered industrial equipment.
• Enforce safe operation, pre-shift inspections, and proper use of material handling equipment.
• Perform scheduled cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Crosstrain team members on basic inventory, receiving, shipping, and equipment operation tasks.
• Support physical inventory and audit activities.
• Comply with all policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
