Job summary

DSV USA Walton site is seeking an Inventory Supervisor responsible for maintaining perpetual record integrity, overseeing inventory staff, and driving cycle counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year logistics experience, ability to operate MHE, and strong attention to detail. You will report to the Operations Manager and support continuous improvement in warehousing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics/distribution.
• Able to operate material handling equipment (MHE).
• Basic computer skills including RF scanners and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Implement space utilization plan to meet prescribed cost and service standards.
• Monitor space layout plan to ensure it continues to meet company standards.
• Oversee scheduled shifts and evaluate the performance of inventory staff.
• Analyze daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical count and perpetual record.
• Audit daily reports and publish monthly data from WMS indicating cycle count variances.
• Provide supervision and training to inventory associates and CSR within the department.
