Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or engineering required.
• 5–8 years in inventory management or related field.
• Experience with inventory strategy, MTO/MTS, safety stock, and fill rate.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Logistics, Procurement, Finance, IT).
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; SAP or similar ERP; Python/Sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory strategy and decision-making across assigned SKU categories; define replenishment parameters and reorder points.
• Run new SKU selection tool and manage internal stocking request workflow.
• Oversee stock turnover, replenishment governance, and Monthly Inventory Health Review.
• Lead dead stock and excess reduction programs across promotions and disposal tracks.
• Align inventory actions with broader strategy and contribute to product curation discussions.
• Lead supplier-facing inventory coordination, including MOQ renegotiation and return/rotation terms.
• Maintain and contribute to the QMS.
