Job summary

Dell Technologies' Global Operations team seeks an Advisor of Inventory Management in Franklin, MA to strengthen inventory assurance and optimize working capital. You will partner with analytics to implement digital tools across the supply chain and influence inventory outcomes with sound financial insight.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Logistics and Finance, lead change, and deliver executive-ready updates through clear storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, finance, accounting or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive process improvement.
• Effective communication and collaboration across functions.
• Digital foundation with comfort using data tools and automation.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• AI knowledge and application is a plus.
• Accounting/finance acumen and Oracle experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive inventory visibility, assurance, optimization and end-to-end governance.
• Identify root causes of variances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Determine areas for process improvement using digital solutions/AI.
• Establish end-to-end inventory control governance and alignment with stakeholders.
• Support modernization efforts and lead regional supply chain initiatives.
• Act as a change champion and provide executive updates through data storytelling.
• Communicate recommendations to leadership with factual analysis.
