Job summary

Loews Arlington Hotel is hiring for a storeroom clerk to manage daily storeroom operations, verify deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records. The role supports cost control, receiving documentation, and coordination with other hotel departments.

Qualifications include a High School diploma and at least 1 year in receiving or storeroom roles; hospitality experience is a plus. Proficiency with MS Office and inventory software is preferred, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate basic office equipment; keyboard 25 wpm.
• Working knowledge of inventory control software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Performs storeroom activities according to procedures and verifies receipts.
• Assists in computerized receiving reports and transmission to cost controllers and AP.
• Notifies Purchasing Director of discrepancies for credits or replacements.
• Maintains organized purchase order and receiving files and proper stock rotation.
• Monitors par levels and temperatures in storage areas; reports anomalies.
