Amentum is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to perform a variety of warehousing duties aligned with the facility's storage plan. The role requires counting, labeling, and moving materials, and may involve operating hand or powered equipment.

Candidates must have a GED or high school diploma, 6-12 months related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. The job emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a challenging environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six to twelve months job related experience and/or training required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to operate a government general-purpose vehicle.
• Ability to perform work in a safe manner to prevent loss or damage of equipment.
• Customer-oriented with ability to courteously and effectively work through difficult situations.
• Position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing duties following the storage plan.
• Rearrange and inventory stored materials and report damage.
• Remove material from storage and prepare it for shipment.
• Operate hand or power trucks as needed.
• Verify materials against receiving documents and route to storage.
• Assist with other position-related duties as assigned.
