Job summary

Buck Mason is looking for a Stock Coordinator in Emeryville, California, to manage our inventory, ensuring the sales floor is always stocked and ready for customers. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness.

The ideal candidate must possess strong multitasking skills, be proficient with POS software, and have a positive demeanor. Compensation ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, plus potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Comfortable navigating a computer and using POS software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Master multitasker, able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments, organize and store inventory, and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and notify management of low or overstock situations.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, and support sales associates during busy periods.
• Maintain shop aesthetic and cleanliness, and respond proactively to unexpected circumstances.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and best practice standards for the stockroom.
• Establish and maintain organization of back stock apparel and accessories.
• Replenish the sales floor from back stock.
• Prepare all shipments to be steamed/hung/folded (i.e., remove paper and packaging).
• Perform all job duties in compliance with company productivity and visual standards.
• Notify the Store Manager in advance of supplies needed (hangers, sensors, and pins).
• Open, sort, and prioritize all incoming shipment with Manager’s guidance.
