What You Need to Know:

You will process supply totes used in blood collection and stock the kits with supplies from the warehouse daily to ensure availability.

As a Red Cross team member, you will take care of your teammates - show up for every shift and give 100%. Interact positively with internal and external customers, demonstrating care and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality control on equipment and supplies, rotate inventory, and ensure proper storage and distribution.
  • Maintain stock levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Fill order requisitions from mobiles and fixed sites.
  • Clean, prepare, and repack kits according to directives.

Standard Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm.

Pay:

$18.50/hour plus applicable shift differentials for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Note: Salaries are aligned to geographic location and may vary based on skills, experience, and internal comparisons.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Up to one year of related experience preferred.
  • Basic reading, writing, communication, computer, and math skills required.

Ability to work on a team.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly use hands, reach, talk, hear. Frequently lift/move objects 10-50 lbs; with assistance or equipment, over 50 lbs. Push carts up to 250 lbs. Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl. Occasionally sit, climb ladders, or balance. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus.
