Job summary

Carvana in Ohio is seeking an energetic loader to stage and prepare inventory vehicles for inbound/outbound transport and direct delivery. This role focuses on logging locations, organizing vehicles, and ensuring processing and safety standards are met daily.

The position offers a pay range of $16–$18 per hour plus growth opportunities through on-the-job certifications, a comprehensive benefits package, and a path to CDL loading programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate a computer/tablet and mobile devices.
• Able to work as part of a team in a professional manner.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld scanners to log vehicle locations and troubleshoot inventory locations.
• Receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on-lot per processing and safety standards.
• Perform multi-point inspections and complete inspection reports.
• Meet processing and quality standards consistently.
• Maintain lot and workspace areas.
• Safely operate company-owned vehicles.
• Fuel inventory vehicles as needed.
